'We have a mixed review. The house is in a good spot on a dead end street with the Colorado river near by in an open meadow. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the property. During the stay we saw moose, deer, and even a bear! We also enjoyed the firepit every night with s’mores. However, the house lacked some basic necessities. For a house that sleeps 8, there were only 3 towels. There were no wash cloths in any of the baths and only the bottom fitted sheets on the beds. Given this...

'We were so lucky to have found this property and they were able to accommodate us last minute when our other lodging fell through. This home is huge! With more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in process was super quick and easy with instructions sent to us the day before. House was clean and inviting on a beautiful piece of property with a view of the stunning mountains of RMNP. 'We wanted to be outside the city in a cabin in the woods. Also, it was just the two of us and we were bringing our dog so we were able to find this property at the last minute. Although very small it was just fine for the two of us. It has a little kitchen and we did cook breakfast and coffee, etc.. had everything we needed for basic cooking. We did see wildlife out outside and enjoyed the front porch. The river is nearby although you have to walk over a main road to get to it. We slept...

'This is our 2nd stay in Moose Haven. Perfect for family time -- plenty of space for our family 4. The riverside location is wonderful. A great spot for coffee in the morning and to drop in your paddle board, kayak or fish right in front of the cabin. Lemmon Lodge location is fantastic. You can walk or bike to everything in town. The private beach is great as well -- nice views and sunsets. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need. '

'We fully enjoyed our stay at this property! Location is excellent for both RMNP and Granby/Frasier- Winter Park area. Everything about the property was as described. Very clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had fun watching a deer with her baby on several occasions. We even spotted at pine martin one evening.
