'Overall the space was clean, bedding was comfortable and the location was great: super close to downtown Stowe, Ben and Jerry’s and Waterbury. While the listing says it’s an entire home, it is in fact a suite or apartment on the lower level of the building shown in the pictures and the rest of the house is a separate rental; this was no problem just unexpected as the upper house was being rented out at the same time so parking was tight and outdoor space was shared.'

'The house had plenty of light, both from windows and fixtures, and a beautiful, peaceful location. Appreciated the tasteful decor and thoughtful choice in dinnerware and appliances. Also appreciated the selection of fragrance-free, natural soaps, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, etc. We can't wait to come back.'

'The maple castle was awesome! Definitely the most unique house I have ever stayed in. You can sit in the hot tub and watch the river or you can walk down a tiny hill to tie up a tube and float in it. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. '
