Communication with Bill is excellent. The condo is very large for our family of 6. Exceptional cleanliness and lots of extras! Close to everything on Big Island. Much appreciated being near Anaeomalu beach (10 minutes on foot). I highly recommend it! »

« Totally enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, games, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, baby crib. Very clean condo.(Could leave cleaning supplies for daily cleaning: ie: windex, disinfect wipes, ant spray, etc) Mattresses on beds were too soft for our liking...need new pillows for beds... « We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc. The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely. « Great location for attending a wedding. I stayed with my adult daughter and son...we had plenty of privacy and space! Kitchen has everything and the BBQ grill on the lanai was nice to have. AC is good and furniture and bedding were all comfortable. It's quiet, except if there are guests walking upstairs. The covered garage was nice with all the beach gear. Check in and out was easy. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. We really had a great stay! »

« Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). Right in between a stroll to A-Bay or all the shops/restaurants, with the pool, bbqs with outdoor tv and kitchen, hot tubs and gym (more equipment than photos indicate), and sports bar steps away. « Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything...
