'The check in process was easy. The house was nice for our family coming in town for a graduation. Carmen was responsive to questions before check in. The house was cozy and clean. Check out instructions were also easy to follow. I have a very sensitive nose and the house had a slight dog smell. Nothing nasty, just the smell that a dog had been there. Overall this house is a great value for the money and very comfortable. '

'After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by.
