'My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!'

'This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !'

'Exactly what i needed'

'The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property.'

'Here's a nice quiet place for a solo or couple. There's a great pool, great place to swim and sun. The host is super responsive and attentive to details. An issue with check in was dealt with very well. Parking and egress is great. The location is near the freeway, near downtown, and quick ways to reach anywhere in the valley. Would stay there again. 'No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. '
