'The cleaning in my room was inconsistent. The area for putting my toiletries and tea items was limited. And I understand that my items were untidy. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. 'I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful.
