It consists of:
- On the first floor, a living area with a living room (with TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, refrigerator, dishes, basic necessities…), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, and a parking space for vehicles;
- Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom with high-quality bedding (160x200) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190).
The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of two completely separate units.

Check-in and key pickup are by pre-arranged appointment between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
