'Fantastic hotel with all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view to the sea and also the sunset. Very short walk to restaurants and shops. Also very short walk to the nearest beach. We will stay there again when we visit Tzia in the future. '

'Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. '

'We loved our stay at this property! The view is stunning watching the sunsets every night. The pool is big and deep and the ourdoor space had a number of areas to hang out as a family for dinners or have some private space. Air conditioning was wonderful in the heat and one of the most walkable properties we stayed at - short walk to restaurants, beach, and market. Was able to take walks/hikes every day to explore the island. So much to watch overlooking the harbour. One note if you are staying...

'This was our first family visit to the beautiful island of Kea. The house is set in a fantastic location and we spent many evenings watching amazing sunsets over the bay of Vourkari and the island of Makronisos from the pool and outside dining terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants in the port of Vourkari.
