'Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

'We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!'

'It was just inexpected'

'The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.'

'Our stay at Nathalie and Paulo’s was wonderful. They communicated well and were responsive at every step of the process. The apartment is well located; close to Pont Neuf, many shops, grocery stores and restaurants as well as being along the riverfront which is beautiful. The street is quite quiet at night, we slept well and felt safe. The apartment is well divided as the two bedrooms are at opposite ends and each have a bathroom so we both had our own quiet, private space. The only thing you...

'Un séjour très agréable dans un logement idéalement situé et ayant toutes les commodités, a noter une literie forte agréable ce qui est suffisamment rare pour le souligner.Gaëlle est très réactive et sympathique, tout comme le gardien présent sur les lieux.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés '

'Deuxième séjours dans ce grand logement extrêmement bien situé et très bien équipé : machine Nespresso avec quelques dosettes, lave vaisselle, lave linge, wifi, télévision...Le contact Jonathan Bailly est très serviable. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage à Toulouse. '
