Regardless of the season, you'll find comfort with the convenience of air conditioning and a large fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere. (Air conditioning is offered as an optional service with an additional fee.)

- The usage of the inverter air conditioner (hot/cold) will be calculated based on actual electricity consumption and settled on-site at the end of your stay.
- The swimming pool is open seasonally, from May to October, providing a delightful way to escape the summer heat.
- Should you require heating during your stay, please be aware that there will be an additional cost of 20 euros per day.
- To reach the villa, you need to drive along an unpaved road of approximately 2 km.
- Please note that a tourist tax of €10 per person per stay applies and will be collected on site (children up to and including 12 years old are exempt).
