The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second that can be arranged as a double or twin with an additional single sofa bed, and a third with a single bed. Two full bathrooms with toilets ensure convenience and privacy for everyone.

Outdoors, guests can fully enjoy the Tuscan climate. The shared garden is equipped with seating, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for leisurely afternoons and evening meals outdoors.
