'The apartment is very spacious with lots of antiques and has a home from home feel. It is about a 20 min walk into town, uphill in places but straight forward. Parking is tight so bring a small car 😊. The views across to the old town are great and the balcony space a plus.'

'Overall a fantastic holiday home. Nice house with all the appliances you need. More then room enough for a family of 5. Especially the airconditioning was welcome for those hot Tuscan days. Amazing views from the house, the pictures really don’t give it the full credit. We miss them already. Very large and nice pool, fantastic restaurant at walking distance. This is def. 'Wir haben die Wohnungen 2 & 3 zusammen gemietet & genutzt, so war es wunderbar. Auf einen Pool haben wir bewusst verzichtet; der Sitzplatz bietet genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Die Wohnung 3 ist im Sommer sehr warm (ohne Klimaanlage), dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem! Die Gegend ist einfach toll und es gibt viel zu erkunden von Cecina bis Volterra und Bibbona bis Livorno!'

'The villa and the surroundings were beautiful. We were three families and there was plenty to do for everyone. A swimming pool with a beautiful view, table tennis, football table and a jaquzzi. De andere huizen rondom het pand creëren een buurtgevoel, waardoor je niet volledig afgezonderd bent van de bewoonde wereld. "We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated. Toilet is downstairs only, therefore, during the night we had to walk to wC downstairs every time. - Breakfast is a bit simply, but for 1 or 2 nights should be still okay. - It is possible to choose "no cleaning service" via Tablet in the room, nevertheless, staff did not look at it and continue its service. until we aligned with the reception"
