« Overall everything was as expected, cleanness, beds comfortable, and ac on point, Kitchen cleaned and ready to use, coffeemaker ready to go, parking spacious, and the Niagara falls right in 5 min driving. Quiet neighborhood and safe. »

« Lovely small apartment with everything you need for a weekend away. They provided small extras such as coffee filters, coffee, and bottled water that were appreciated. »

« It’s a very cute, homey space in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and the main bed was very comfortable! (I was by myself, so never used the smaller bed) Love the tub!!! »

« Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again. »

« I came into town to see family and friends and I seriously can not say enough about Polly’s Place!! Her listing is 100% accurate. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. I felt a lot safer staying there than I did at a hotel. It was probably one of the nicest trips home I’ve ever had. Polly was sweet, kind, welcoming and friendly-a person I felt like I had known for years. I will definitely be back many more...

« We loved this place. It was very cute, clean and cozy. The winery was great below was great, the staff and atmosphere was very fun! So close to all the wineries and the beach. We will stay here again »

« The pictures posted regarding the property hide the fact that this building looks like it’s falling apart on the outside and is located in the middle of the ghetto. We rode motorcycles and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes sit overnight to stay. We didn’t even go inside the building so I’m not sure how accurate the inside looks to the pictures. »
