On the ground floor, the property features a comfortable living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, opening onto the terrace, as well as a separate dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor accommodates 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, double hand-basin, and a fan; the second bedroom also features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm with a fan; and the third bedroom offers 1 french bed of 150 cm by 200 cm with a fan. A shared shower room with WC completes the ground floor bathroom facilities.

The upper floor hosts a combined living and dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, also opening onto the terrace. This level features 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room with a french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and a fan, and 2 further rooms each equipped with 1 french bed of 140 cm by 200 cm and a fan.
