This charming 160 m² house in Vix can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 900 m² garden with a heated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with sofas and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bathroom with shower and WC

1st floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with desk area

2nd floor
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 : double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with claw-foot bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair, folding bed.

Outside:
- An in-ground swimming pool measuring 4m by 7m, heated by an isothermal cover (open from 1 May to 30 September)
- A beautiful 900 m² fenced garden
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Vix, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Visits : Fontenay-le-Comte (15 minutes by car) is a town of art and history. Fontenay-le-Comte boasts a remarkable wealth of architecture, and its historic centre is listed as a protected area.
The Ile de Charrouin, 15 km away, is surrounded by two major canals: the Canal de Sablon and the Sèvre Niortaise, which divides the Charente-Maritime and Vendée departments to the east, west and south. The island represents the last trace of "traditional" wet marshes at Vix (canals, ditches, woods and flood meadows, as well as a wealth of flora and fauna).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
