'The reception staff was unprofessional. While checking in she asked to pay $200 bond in cash or credit card. I said I didn't have cash so I presented my visa debit card and asked her to take my visa debit card details. She demanded a credit card. I said I don't have credit card. I have used my visa debit card all around the world for this purpose and here she is in a small hotel in Fiji asking me for a credit card. Ratsun Fiji please train your staff about all this things.
