'Everything was great! Housekeeping was wonderful our room was very clean . The breakfast and pool and large rooms are great for kids. Unfortunately every staff member we came across was rude from front desk to the staff in the breakfast area. No one greets you or asks how your stay is going. We were here for 3 nights and it was noticeable.'

'Please DO NOT read and trust reviews! Everyone's experience will never be the same! On our way down, my daughter was reading the reviews and thought that we were checking into a dingy spot! Quite the opposite! Upon entry, the aroma of "clean" hit me! Not like some other musty, smelly, other local hotels where I've stayed and WILL NEVER reoeat! Excellent customer service from front desk staff and breakfast area lady who does the tidying up! I slept peacefully, room was meticulously clean!!!...

'Dog barking all night..very annoying'

'I found it a little concerning that the front entry is locked 24/7. The rooms are modern but some of the features were annoying- like automatic bathroom lights (when you don’t want the lights to turn on at 3am, or when they keep turning off while you are in the bath). The very bright blue light coming off the thermostat made it hard for me to fall asleep. I’m only 5’5” and I couldn’t straighten out my legs in the bathtub. The room was cheap though and close to where I had to go. '

'The gym was a disasters. 50% of the reason i booked here was for the gym and literally ALL of the equipment was broken. Told the feont desk about in on monday ... nothing fixed the entire week. Tild the front desk about it on friday and they shrugged and feigned to be unaware then told me they were waiting for a renovation. Big F&%K you . Offered me a greasy breakfast to make up for. 0 stars do not recomend. Should have offered me more'
