The first floor, connected directly with the parking place, has 3 bedrooms, a gallery with a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The first floor (sleeping zone) is connected with the ground floor (day zone) with internal stairs. The ground floor contains a kitchen and dinning room connected with a large living room. An additional toilet is available also on the ground floor. Both dinning room and living room are connected to the external loggia. Large windows allow a viwe on the garden, pool and sea... The villa offers also a free table tennis and a professional table soccer (as the one you can find in bars).
The position of the villa offers you numerous advantages, peaceful neighbourhood but with all necessary facilities (post office, typical Istrian Konoba, bars…) just on a walking distance. Within 10 min driving you can reach the centre of Poreč where you can enjoy in the seaside, history, culture… The famous town of Motovun, known for its gastronomy and famous white truffle, can be reached in 15 min drive. Within few minutes drive, you can reach the biggest Aquapark in Croatia, Istralandia. Just a perfect place for the childern. On request, Villa Anna offers also a protective fence for children that can be installed on the inside staircase offering to you and your children a secure zone and 2 children’s beds.
