'Our check-in was delayed an hour due to being at max capacity however, due to the close proximity to Merchant's Square, we walked down and enjoyed mulled wine at the Christmas Market until we were notified to check-in. The room is spacious and we will definitely be back!'

'The room was very clean. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. There were so many events to keep us entertained and on the resort, if we weren’t visiting family, we wouldn’t have had a reason to leave the hotel at all during our stay. I had such a great stay from the staff to the food. Honorable mention to Rio at the omelet station, he definitely started our day off pleasant with his good energy and food made with love. We will definitely be back! 10 stars'
