'Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . '

'My husband and I booked a weekend getaway for our 27th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a complimentary breakfast for our stay. We received calls and texts asking if anything was needed. Our needs were met immediately.
