'The home is clean and cozy and as advertised in a rural area but only 15 to 20 min from Richmond and tons of activities. Several wineries are much closer, grocery store 5 min away. What stood out the most to me though was the host! You will never find a more generous, gracious, accommodating host. Great with communication too. Overall a lovely experience'

'Property was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. It was perfect for our family of four to get away for needed time together away from the normal. Beautiful setting on the marsh. Saw a ton of water birds, owls, and many bald eagle sightings (including three separate eagles at once). We went in January, and the highs were mid to low 30s.
