The Seashell Shack offers a premium stay experience in Sandbridge Beach, VA! Enjoy this private tiny home as it offers mesmerizing views across the bay. Just minutes away from the beach and Sandbridge’s nature reserve, this beautiful, relaxing condo offers a wide variety of activities from everyone in the family! Enjoy kayaking in the bay, which is easily accessible by the community’s access ramp, or venture to the nature reserve right next door and become one with nature! Take a bike ride to the beach or enjoy free parking at the beach, just a 5 minute walk away!

The resort we are located in offers a community pool, playgrounds, and open spaces for children, and adults alike, to run around and have a good time. We are conveniently located directly across from a playground, volleyball court, bathhouse and public laundry room. Enjoy a nice open air dinner on the spacious deck and swing the night away on the backyard swing as the sun sets on the bay.

This tiny home offers a private master bedroom with a queen size bed, a loft with a queen floor bed and convertible cushion couch, a sofa bed in the living room area. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably, but can accommodate 6-7 if you don't mind close quarters. Enjoy a full, private bath. Also, enjoy a full kitchen for those wonderful home-cooked meals. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Things to note: Must be at least 21 years old to book. No smoking of any kind in or on the property are allowed. No parties are allowed. Maximum adult occupancy is 3 adults plus children or 4 adults. For children under age 2, please bring a portable sleeping arrangement for their safety. Please get in touch if you have any questions!

The mattress to ceiling height in the two tiers of the loft is 20 inches (upper loft area) and 35 inches (lower loft area).

No pets are allowed.

As part of the cleaning fee, fresh sheets and towels will be provided for your stay, but you are welcome to bring your own!

The outdoor pools open Memorial Day weekend and close Labor Day weekend.

Wonderful getaway

Scott was wonderful to communicate with. Views were breathtaking! Home was clean and the loft had plenty of space for teens. We used the multiple kayaks from sun up to sun down! There were bikes, but we didn’t need to use them. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back. I did make a few suggestions of things to add in the kitchen, but totally based on my desires. We made due just fine! No complaints

Perfect Family Tiny Home

My family stayed in the Seashell Shack for a week in August and were very happy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our two teenage daughters with plenty of space for them to each have their own comfortable mattress. There was A LOT of rain and wind the week we stayed, but the living room was comfortable for games and movie watching and the covered deck was large enough to enjoy the outdoors even when it was raining. Couldn't ask for a better location. We will be back!

Our original vrbo host canceled on us with no notice after we had driven 15 hours to the location. Scott stepped in to provided us a wonderful spot on last minute notice. The home was in a lovely location. Away from the hustle but close to two beaches and beautiful coastline.The beautiful small home is very roomy. My best friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Hosts were generous and accomodating with requests and questions. The location is fantastic and the lodging is very comfortable. The loft and bedroom allowed us to both sleep comfortably as she likes the room warm and I like to freeze. My only suggestion is..if you use ubereats or instacart..provide the name of the resort as some drivers may have difficulty finding the place due to gps weirdness.

Property Needs A Facelift

This was our second stay at this resort. The communication with the owner was great! He was prompt, accommodating, and informative. However, the property needs upgrades and improvemets. There were a lot of old (pots, pans, oven sheet pans, shower doors, outdoor chairs, bikes), missing, and mismatched (missing lids) items. The kayaks are stored on the porch…. Since the porch is already small, the kayaks take 1/3 of it. If neighbours to the right are there, you have zero privacy… Sunshades would be beneficial, the place gets a lot of sun! Overall my family had a nice stay, since we were there with friends (in other RVs).

Fabulous

We love Sandbridge, and have stayed in the Surfside property for many years. Scott’s property was great - it is next to the bay so there’s easy fishing or kayaking. The inside was kept nice and clean, definitely a property that has been loved. You can sit inside and relax with a view of the bay. Communication was amazing - Scott checked in with us and was super helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.
