'Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

'Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Caroline left flipflops, beach robes, towels etc., just what you need for a pool holiday. It was all just as per the listing photos. Cons: bedrooms were a little small...

'This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. The photos simply don’t do this property justice. Really pleased we found this place.'

'My husband and I stayed in this property for 10 days. It was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The train passes very near but it goes so quick that it doesn’t bother, and they don’t run in the evenings. The famous 100 steps was an excellent exercise that we did every other day. The house has all that you need for a holiday. The terrace is very ample and comfortable with all the garden furniture for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying your meals outside. 'With a family of five we had a great week in October. The beds are very good, the kitchen has everything, including an ice cube maker in the fridge. The shower is perfect, we had more than enough towels and of course the views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Parking is a bit of a hassle, we decided to park in the garage even if it meant blocking the road for a minute to manoeuvre. We made some great hikes on Cap Ferrat, in the mountains and in Nice., afterwards cooling down in our splash...

Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! Die Zufahrt ist für SUVs etwas gewagt, wir hatten einen GLE und die Gasse war damit seitlich recht ausgereizt… Definitiv nix für Angsthasen!!! 'Rejoindre la résidence sur les hauteurs se mérite mais à l’arrivée la vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très soigné, les espaces verts sont entretenus à la perfection et le coin piscine avec vue sur mer un pur bonheur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
