Great location, spacious for the size!

Fantastic stay, very well stocked, great facilities and comfortable. Very clean. Very thankful for the fans in the bedrooms.Amazing location!!! Steps from the beach and very short trip into Husky.Only downside is the second bathroom does not have a proper shower, only a bath with a handheld short hose. Does the job for kids but might be a bit difficult if the house was full of adults.

Great beach house in top location

Old school and comfortable but not fancy, Berry on the Bay, proved to be a great setting for 4 adults and 2 littlies. An easy walk across to beautiful Collingwood Beach and very handy to Vincentia shops and Huskisson. Yes, the lack of internet is a disadvantage ( and a sad reminder of our dependency on it,) but we were aware of it when booking. We “limped “ through with Hotspotting off our phones but if you need to do any serious “work from holiday “ you might want to ensure you have a good carrier and adequate data. Even though we had some wet days we still had a great holiday and would recommend the house. A special thanks to Aleks for her great communication and setting up the linen hiring

This property had everything our family needed. Literally a one minute walk from the beach. Living spaces really worked well. Ceiling fans were effective. Suggested improvements. Firmer mattresses in bunk room. Wifi needed.

Perfect for us.

Property was well kept. Typical little holiday house which was perfect for myself and family. Easy to go to Vincentia shops or back into husky. Kids loved the back yard and beach across the road. Property manager was lovely on the phone. We had a great time

Fab find near the beach

The place was so neat, tidy and clean. It was the perfect get away for a family. The two lounge areas were a bonus as they allowed the kids time away and visa versa. The rooms were spacious and well positioned. The kitchen was a central hub to the house and the dining room next to it allowed room for cooking and serving. The outside area was so good as the teens enjoyed time chilling there. The property has an outside shower and plenty of parking. The beach is literally across the road. So close and wonderful to watch the sunrises and sunsets. I couldn't believe the colour of the water! Aleks, the property manager was always on hand attending to any questions or queries prior to and during our stay. A beaut place next to a beautiful beach and close enough to the action in the nearby areas. Thanks for the stay.

Great location

House is conveniently located and well equipped with basics. On arrival, clean and tidy, easy self check-in....Our only issue was there was no gas - therefore no heating (we arrived around 5.30pm in winter!) and no hot water...!!! However, the property manager, Anna Marie was excellent - responding to our calls promptly and personally visiting the property immediately to rectify the problem and ensure we had a comfortable first night...Full gas bottles were delivered early the next morning (and extra toilet paper as requested) and we had a wonderful, relaxing stay thereafter.

Cottage by the sea

A cute but roomy cottage, 50 metres walk from Collingwood Beach. Clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen the feel of a family holiday house. Air conditioning, even in just the living areas, would have made this location perfect.
