There are two chalets in the house: Edelweiss with 140 square meters and chamois with 70 square meters. The house and the Chalet Edelweiss were completely renovated and completed in December 2017 - the Chalet Gams in December 2019. Bathing lakes, thermal baths, hiking trails, bike paths & mountain railways, ski slopes & cross-country trails on the doorstep or in the immediate vicinity. In the house on the ground floor there is a gourmet academy with experiences: distilling schnapps yourself, distilling gin yourself, making whiskey yourself, beer brewing courses, distilling essential oils.
Shops (bakery & supermarket) and a restaurant with its own brewery within walking distance (300 m). Train station 500m away. Motorway connection A7 in 2 km.

On 71 sqm with 1 bedroom, separate living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, chill-out area with desk & armchair and bathroom with shower / toilet, you can in the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor of our house to enjoy your vacation in beautiful Tyrol to the fullest. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. From the spacious window front you have a clear view of the Tyrolean and Allgäu mountain landscape. Ideal for 2 people.
