'Het Manoir is een heerlijke vakantie woning. Alles zit er in. De keukenspullen zijn zeer uitgebreid. Wij zijn nu voor de 2e keer geweest. Voor de kinderen een zwembad en een speelzaal met tafeltennis en voetbalspel. In de bossen kun je een fijne wandeling maken en het kleinvee is ook heel gezellig. De os, ezel en schaap.'

'Très agréables'

'Omdat wij als familie: opa en oma, kinderen en drie kleinkinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot en met 6 jaar geïnteresseerd waren in wijnproeverijen, kwamen wij terecht in Rivière. 's Morgens kastelen en wijnproeverijen bezoeken en 's middags het zwembad voor ons alleen. Dat maakte de keus niet zo moeilijk.'

'My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. '3 jours et demi pour visiter 7 châteaux et une abbaye. La location (entre Saumur et Tours) se situait exactement dans le secteur voulu pour la sélection de châteaux que nous avions faite. En campagne dans un endroit calme, la maison est sécurisée par portail et clôture. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux. Nous gardons cette adresse dans notre répertoire.'

'eerste indruk was negatief, zwervers in de straat, geen parkeerplaats zoals ze wel beloven bij de reservering. Auto wel eenvoudig betaald kunnen parkeren naast de zwervers die 's nachts ergens anders een slaapplaats hebben. receptie gaat pas om 17:00 uur open, dat past niet bij deze tijd! Zwembad en fitness zijn afgesloten als de receptie niet bemand is. Dit is waardeloos omdat de receptie zeer beperkte openingstijden heeft. Dus eerste indruk is slecht, achteraf toch een redelijke accomodatie....
