'My original room was actually leaking water from the ceiling, but the front desk was very accommodating in helping me switch rooms. The rooms here are nice and spacious! The wooden appearance and green color scheme gives off soothing, nature vibes. The staff is decent; they open the front door for you and serve cart snacks on the lobby floor. The convenience of this hotel is easily the best aspect though, as it connects to a decent shopping mall with many food options.'

'The hotel was conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to reach everything. We had a full view of the entire city, both from the reception area and from our room. The breakfast was very good and had a varied selection.'

Staff were exceedingly polite and professional going out of their way to help a foreigner navigate food delivery and to locate the Chinese address for places I needed to DiDi for business. If I have one criticism, as seemingly with all hotels in China, a the lack of vegetarian items at breakfast.'
