'Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔'

'Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top.
Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order.
Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing.
I would return to/recommend this property.'

'Indeed superb view. Simple, nice room. Very nice shower. Bed ok, not very comfy. Breakfast extensive, however more about quantity than quality.
In general, quite expensive for what you get. The thing that bothered me the most was the exchange rate the owner uses. It’s a very unreasonable rate comparing the actual exchange rate. We paid almost 20% more than Expedia mentioned. Maybe Expedia should state the extra cost more explicitly. Still, this was het only hotel in Argentina during our trip...

'We had a great stay here. The hostel was nice and the owner was terrific. She spent a lot of time orienting us to the area, providing a map, helping us arrange sightseeing- calling places for us, getting prices. She explained about the money exchange. 'Lo recomiendo 100%. El departamento estuvo totalmente equipado, todo muy limpio y es muy moderno; tiene tambien cocheras por si vas en auto además de una piscina temperada disponible para los huéspedes. Lucas del front desk fue muy amable y resolvió mis dudas enseguida. Lo mejor son las vistas del lago desde el mismo apartamento ya que el lago está cruzando la calle y se puede ir a pasear y caminar por la orilla luego de un día de hacer tours en Bariloche. Lo recomiendo mucho para las personas...
