« The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on. »

4.0 sur 10, (1 avis)
« This property feels more like a basic lodge and does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Cleanliness is below expectations, and overall maintenance is poor. The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned.
It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing. »

« New Hotel
Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction.
Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...
