Bien
Chambre spacieuse et plutôt bien décorée et bien équipée. La vue sur la cour intérieure est par contre vraiment pas belle, presque lugubre. Certaines prises électriques ne marchaient pas très bien mais dans l'ensemble tout était OK. Le sauna et le hammam sont excellents et l'espace gym est certes modeste mais assez bien équipé. Par contre, l'établissement devrait clarifier le règlement en matière de nudité dans le spa, plusieurs clients se baladaient totalement nus à l'intérieur, ce qui ne plait pas forcément à tout le monde.

Bon hôtel, mais je ne mettrais pas 4.5 étoiles, plutôt 4 et encore! Le hall d’entrée est superbe mais les chambres sont plutôt vieilles. On a essayé d’entrer dans notre chambre deux fois entre 8h et 10h... je trouve que ça ne se fait pas !

Bien situé, agréable,très bon rapport qualité/prix
L'hotel est très agréable et très bien situé 5 minutes de la gare centrale Hauptbanhof et 10 minutes de l'Opéra. Un tram passe juste devant pour aller dans le centre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, calmes et très agréables. La loterie est parfaite... ce qui permet de se reposer des kilomètres de marche faits pour visiter cette très jolie ville. Le service est courtois et disponible. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour l'hébergement. Nous n'avons pas pris de breakfast compte tenu du tarif annoncé (23€).

Très bon établissement à Vienne
C'est un excellent établissement, très agréable, très spacieux avec de très bons équipements des chambres spacieuses et bien situé. Je le recommande. 2 petits bémols 1-Dans l'ensemble l'établissement était très propre, Hall, chambre, ascenseur, sauna. Cependant nous avons signalé à 2 reprises le soir la présence de verre cassé sur le sol du couloir à proximité de notre chambre et cela n'a pas été nettoyé. Même le lendemain il restait encore quelques bouts de verre. Il y avait une tâche sur le mur entre la fenêtre et la table de nuit dans la chambre 725 qui n'avait pas été nettoyée 2-nous avons fait le check-in à 21h30 et avons demandé à dîner. A alors indiqué que le restaurant fermait à 22 heures sans s'en assurer ni effectuer une réservation. Avec le restaurant à 21h45 il avait déjà fermé

Très bel hôtel, accueil professionnel, on se sent privilégié. La chambre était immense, genre suite avec petit salon. Le petit déjeuner était varié et super bon. Si je repasse à Vienne, j'y retournerai sans faute !

The room felt run down with smelly carpet and one of the most uncomfortable beds / mattresses and pillows that I've come across. The quality of the room is comparable to a 2 star hotel at best. The night staff was very rude when informed that the door lock didn't open. They were insisting that I wasn't opening the door property, while it was the actual lock that was broken. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff.

The Bar served a small selectio of food, which was very well prepared and served and at reasonable cost. Very good hotel for business use with excellent conference facilities.

This hotel thinks too much of itself. The staff is cold and almost rude. The lobby is big and the rooms small. The view from most rooms is an unkept rooftop with weeds at your window.

Generally positive. 1 star off for room service - on our 3rd night, conditioner ran out. I called for room service and they made me walk to reception instead of bringing to our room.

金庫に財布を入れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。施設へ連絡したところ、忘れ物はないとの一点張りで還ってくることはありませんでした。忘れてしまったのはこちらの落ち度ですが、非常に残念です。 I forgot my wallet in the safe. After check-out, I noticed that and called the hotel and the housekeeper told me there is nothing left. So sad.

Great location very close to the metro. Very friendly people. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel bar and restaurant were a little bit empty and can be depressing, though.
