Dans un contexte particulier de corona virus, l’hôtel était peu fréquenté. En conséquence le petit déjeuner était servi au Rez de chaussée dans le bar. La nourriture était de bonne qualité mais l’offre restreinte. Le personnel était très serviable et répondait très rapidement et efficacement à nos sollicitations. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour les transports en commun et l’accès au centre de Vienne est facile et rapide. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cet hôtel.

Hotel moderne, confortable et chaleureux
Cet hôtel nous a séduits grâce à de nombreux points forts. Confort: les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Décoration: on retrouve jusqu'à dans les moindres détails les références nombreuses à la musique et au cinéma, ce qui donne une véritable âme à cet hôtel. Aménagements: le bar, les espaces de convivialité en rdc et surtout l'immense salle du petit déjeuner (au 2ième) avec ses mobiliers tantôt modernes et tantôt rétro sont des espaces où l'on se sent bien. Service: propreté irréprochable des chambres avec changement quotidien des linges de toilettes et éléments de literie. Accueil: les personnels sont très à l'écoute et de bon conseil (surtout pour les restos pas loin à pied; demander leur la liste avec adresse qu'ils ont concoctée). Emplacement: la bouche de métro Burgass est à 2 pas et permet d'atteindre n'importe quelle destination de Vienne en moins de 20mn. Nous recommandons chaudement!

Naja, wir waren leider zu spät beim Buchen, daher habe wir uns schlussendlich dieses Hotel entschieden. Zu unserem Termin war das Hotel doppelt so teuer wie normal, leider muss ich sagen dass der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt war. Nur zum Normalpreis ist das Preis- Leistungsangebot ok!

Schöne Zimmer,gutes Frühstück, praktische Lage unmittelbar an U- und Straßenbahn. Wenn Ihr in der Regel bei offenem Fenster schlaft und die Anfrage bekommt, für ein paar Euro zusätzlich ein Zimmer zum Hof zu bekommen - es lohnt sich. Die Fenster sind schallgeschützt, aber nur, wenn sie zu sind. Ansonsten ist vor der Tür reger Anlieferverkehr für das Einkaufszentrum im Hause.

Great
Stay was fantastic, the hotell is located close to Metro and tram lines makeing access to the city easy, the room was overall well put together and clean. Would definitely recommend!!

I enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. Room was very comfortable with air conditioning, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. House keeping did a great job making sure i always came back to a well kept room. House keeping are the unsung heroes of every well run establishment. Front of house staff were excellent, respectful, helpfull and courteous at all times and are a credit to the hotel. Superb coffee, nice bar and patio area. Excellent walking distance to Vienna for me. I absolutely adore Vienna so enjoyed walking everywhere. For those who prefer transportation the trams and underground station are just around the corner from the hoel to whisk you away to any part of the city. Overall just fabulous i have no complaints at all. Thank you to all the staff for making this visit to Vienna a wonderful experience and i will be back in the future. 🙂
