As a Canadian-based company, our primary rates are in CAD. Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. All CheckedIn properties maintain a strict smoke-free environment. A $500 bylaw fine applies for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the unit or the building premises.

We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance, as unexpected changes can happen. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until you are 30 days before your travel date. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, there are no administrative fees for schedule adjustments, provided a 30-day written notice of departure is submitted.
