The house is inside a beach club, in the quiet pedestrian area Città Giardino in Viareggio. The light that filters through the windows of the veranda comes directly from the sea and the beach, which can be reached with a few steps. The house, finely furnished, is ideal for enjoying the climate, the Versilia beach, and for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence within easy reach. The La Vue sur la Mer space is a house connected to a beach club, has a private garden with outdoor furniture. The finely furnished house includes a veranda with a dining room overlooking the sea and a living room with a sofa bed. Inside the house the large kitchen is equipped with all appliances. We find a double bedroom, a study with wardrobe, a bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, for a total of 6 beds. The house is air conditioned, equipped with linen and wifi. From May 1st to September 30th the services include the entrance to the swimming pool with whirlpool shared with the guests of the beach club and the use of a tent on the beach with sun beds, deck chairs and towels.
