On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV with Home cinema, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A bath with WC is also located on this floor, alongside exits leading to both the garden and the terrace.
The upper floor hosts a lounge area with cable TV and Home cinema, as well as access to the balcony. The sleeping accommodation is arranged across 4 bedrooms: 1 large room fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with its own shower, WC, and double hand-basin; 1 room with 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, with access to the balcony; 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm; and 1 room with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm.
