Het appartement is top gelegen en is op zich goed ingericht. Weliswaar is goed en de meubels aan vernieuwing toe. Bed viel letterlijk uit elkaar. Lamp stuk, deuk in tafel, gordijnen stuk. Muren vuil en kunnen lekje verf gebruiken. Vieze vlekken in slaapzetel… veel potentieel maar heeft echt wat liefde nodig.'
