Renovated terraced house in the Agger Havn holiday center, located in 1st row to the harbor and the Limfjord and only 1.5 km from the North Sea. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2013. The house is practically furnished with living-kitchen area. In the kitchen there are u.a. a ceramic hob, extractor fan and fridge / freezer. Living room with stereo with CD player and TV with Danish and German channels. On the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, the other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The small terrace is ideal for cozy hours on warm summer evenings. From Easter until week 42 you have access to the swimming pool of the center. Throughout the year you have access to billiards, table tennis, beach volleyball court, petanque track, playground and mini golf. The area offers many excursion possibilities, e.g. the first national park of Denmark, the Thy Natioanalpark, with i.a. a visitor center.
