'The location of the home was perfect for my travel needs. The house is located on a very busy road - it can be noisy for sleeping but nothing ear plugs cant fix.'

'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'

'Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). 'This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.'

'Excellent, roomy and clean property. Very comfortable for our family of four. Would highly recommend.'

'Beautiful home with kind, communicative hosts. This is a very quiet community with strict lake rules, be mindful of booking with a rowdy or loud group. House had really nice amenities and was easy to find.'
