'The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

'The room was sloped to a point where you could barely walk. The bed was also sloped you could not sleep on one side without feeling like you would fall off the bed. The whole motel was right on the highway so it was very loud. Even with the locks on the door you didn’t feel comfortable.'
