« Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

« We had an amazing stay at this condo. Communication with Johnnie was easy and so informative. The view from the balcony was beautiful with great sun rises. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and current. We use VRBO often and this was the cleanest unit we have ever visited. Look forward to our next visit! »

« This house is really nice. It's close to the beach, beds are comfortable, and Stan provides lots of bikes, water craft, and toys. He also goes out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. And most imprtantly: the giant hot tub/ swim spa is a life changing (or at least back ache curing) experience. »

« We had such an amazing time at this home, everything you needed was there. I was able to wake up in the morning and either go to the beach in the backyard or to the dock in the front yard. We fished off the docs and we’re beach bums in the backyard. Restaurants are about 30 minutes away, not bad really to have the privacy you get with this home. We would love to stay again! »

« The accommodations and location were perfect for our family of 4. The dock and pool was a very short walk. There is even a small beach within a short walk and Jenson Beach is only 3 minutes away by car. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. They had beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella available. We ate breakfast there every morning but ate out for lunch and dinner. We visited downtown Jenson Beach and Stuart. »

We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. « My son and i stayed for his golf tournament. The location of the property is perfect. Short drive restaurants and publix. House was very clean and loved the back porch. Plan to book in future if the golf tournaments are held in vero beach. »

« We were a group of 4 staying to watch our kids play baseball at the Jackie Robinson Training Facility. It was the perfect location and the house fit all of our needs. The host couldn’t have been more communicative or kind. We had very little time to enjoy the pool so when we finally did he even arranged to have the maintenance person come at a different time so we didn’t lose out on relaxing by the pool! I highly recommmed this property and host! »

« This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The house was very clean. My grandson who just graduated from HS wanted to spend time with the family before heading off to college. The location is close to the beach, which the kids loved. We all enjoyed the stay. The owners are on standby with whatever you need. We had a little issue come up; I texted the owner he was there in less than 10 min. I can go on and on... »

« We had a really nice and relaxing stay at this property! Great location, just a short walk to private beach. Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. The house was clean and everything in excellent condition.There were a few things that could be improved. It was never clear to us if we could park close...

« We took our two sons, their wives and 3 small children for a week's vacation. It was fabulous! Everyone had their own space yet we were able to gather in the main cabin, on the patio and at the pool. There was little need to leave at all. My three year old grand daughter was thrilled with the pirate and treasure chests! We plan to come back and stay again! Communication with property owner was excellent. »
