The outdoor back private screened patio is perfect for morning coffee! Nice seating area. Patio also gives you an electric grill.
The pool is heated beautifully landscaped with extras... Gazebos, tables grills and lounge chairs!

My sons graduation

The condo was very nice. Was not impressed that the screening on the porch was tore up as the bugs came at night. The other thing I highly recommend that if your going to use the jacuzzi tub you run a cycle with the jets going for awhile drain and clean out the tub. We didn’t think to do this and it was pretty gross after I got my grandaughter out. The pictures in the listing also need updated. We loved the pool and how close it was to the condo.

Golf Getaway

This first floor one bedroom is a great place to relax and be close to the PGA Golf Club. It is close to the golf course, the pool, and a delicious Italian restaurant. The furnishings are nice including a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals but there were also many restaurants within a short driving distance. The chairs in the screened-in patio were a wonderful place to relax outside.

Clean Convenient and perfect location

The home was very clean, easily accessible and overall perfect for us. Dipped our feet in the pool but didn't swim because we had busy schedule. Julia was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the stay n addressed minor issue with coffee pot within a day. Will go back n highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay

We had a family member sick in the hospital so this trip was last minute. I contacted Julia and asked if her place was available for a same day booking and she was quick to respond and assisted us with getting our stay booked. This home was clean comfortable and had lots of space for this family of 3!! The personalized message when you enter was amazing and appreciated. Our bed was comfortable and the futon turned into a bed so our young daughter could sleep in the same room as us. We had enough towels and having two TVs in the living area gave us the option to stream Netflix, Disney+ etc or watch the local channels. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had some cute red & white popcorn holders for movie night. The island was a nice size to hold all your groceries or set up taco stations for taco Tuesday!!! The table has two available stools to sit down and eat or the living area has a table that opens up which can be used as an eating area as well. The pantry had a number of beach items available for use boogie boards, sand pails, shovels etc. There was even a playpen in the primary closet if you have small children. It appears that Julia has put a lot of thought and love into this property and it was greatly appreciated by us. Thanks Julia we will be back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia's Villa II condo. It worked out well for us. Julia was responsive when we had a question. Check in was no hassle. We especially enjoyed the pool and the pitch and putt course, both within walking distance of the condo. It's also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Cleanliness was top notch!

Great comdo

Very large condo, that has 3 beds. The bed in the master is super comfortable. Loved how close it was to the very big, heated pool. Walks to and around the incredible PGA course were awesome. Wish we had time to play it. Owed is super responsive and attentive. Came to area for spring training but found great restaurants very close by (Tutto Fresco and Duffys both great) Hope to return!!!
