'Nous avons passé un super sejour. Venus sans connaitre la region, le Directeur et sa femme nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour decouvrir le coin. Conseils tres utiles qui nous ont amené sur de très belles randonnées. Très humains et accueillants ce fut un plaisir de passer du temps a discuter avec eux. Concernant le logement, très belle vue sur le lac et bon rapport qualite prix.'

'The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. 'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'
