MUNEGHE 3, second floor - 90 sqm, large living room with dining area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 beautiful terrace. Max 4 pax (this ad). Charming apartment with luxury finishes, furnishings and Venetian fabrics that embellish the details, fitted kitchen, dining area with table for 6 people, large living room with sofa and armchairs for complete relaxation. Comfortable and comfortable rooms, spacious and elegant bathrooms are perfectly equipped. One of the two rooms can be prepared with 2 single beds on request. The apartment with independent entrance overlooks a quiet venetian courtyard with a real well in the heart of the San Marco area but out of the confusion of tourist flows. The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos but even better! The mix of modern amenities and a more traditional Venetian aesthetic was exactly what we were hoping for. Comfortable beds, soft bedding and a welcoming and warm space. The location was ideal and Marta was easy to communicate with and provided a lot of information about the area. Her list of recommended restaurants was perfect! Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Venice.

The unit was very nice and the guy who helped us find it and get us settled did a great job. We were a bit surprised to find one king bed and two twin beds as the picture shows with the purple bedding it a queen size. I thought it would have sheets for that size so it was a bit awkward trying to push the beds together. I also found those smaller beds to be hard and the pillows quite hard - so I was not comfortable. The king size bed was good for the other couple though. The biggest issue we had was the garbage rules. In Venice they do not have trash cans and the garbage hauler comes everyday which you need to be home to give him the garbage as you cannot leave it outside. In the 4 days we were there the hauler never showed up and then the owner told us we needed to walk it to the location which is several blocks away. Soo, we did that when she told us the times they were open and they were closed... this was very annoying and I personally don' think it should be our responsibility to handle the garbage when we are trying to pack and get out the door to catch an airplane. As someone who travels often, I have never had to deal with garbage rules like this before. Other than the garbage issue I did think the terrace was wonderful and the location was convenient to walking around.

Location is excellent. Quality of furnishings is upscale in living area and Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has not been upgraded in the same manner yet. Split ACs in each bedrooom. If the description has still not been corrected, there are NOT two king size beds. Bedroom 2, had two very small beds. This was very disappointing as it was a key selection criteria for us. We requested a different unit (available but same owner wanted higher price due to the other unit having 3 bedrooms, when we'd only use 2). We requested compenstion from owner, and we received tourist tax paid only. Will request from.Vrbo. Terrace is nice if the weather is accomodating. There is no view, it's in a dead end "alley", but it is nice to be outside in good weather. Stairwell to the unit is spiral and tight. Need healthy guests or hired help. Check-in agent was very helpful and a good added value.

What an amazing place! Marta went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, from providing accurate directions to/from the apartment, excellent suggestions for dining out and can't miss experiences. Cool and Quiet Hideaway in Venice for

Our family of 4 adults had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Marta was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The flat was adorable with good air conditioning and hot showers. The location was very quiet but an easy walk to the sites of Venice. Do know that it is a 3rd floor walk up with narrow stairs. Plan your luggage accordingly!

Captures the magic of Venice

This property was perfect for my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Decor really well done, comfy beds, everything we needed was there for a 4 night stay. Neighborhood was perfect, just out of the crowds but still near some top spots. We had a fabulous time, the kids did not want to leave.

Super charming and convenient

We loved our place and were able to walk to all the highlights of Venice within 5-10 minutes, many cute shops and restaurants close by. It was nicely decorated. We were two couples and loved both the living area and the terrace. The only negative was the two flights of stairs with luggage.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated - made our stay a very pleasant experience. Terraces are wonderful so peaceful it’s hard to believe location is city centre. And a great location it is - walking distance to everything. Well supplied and attention to detail very good. We loved our time there.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Beschreibung traf optimal zu.

Die Wohnung ist nahe zum Marcus Platz sowie Realto Brücke, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging auch super, sehr nette Leute. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Perfect location and lovely experience.

This apartment is so perfectly located in Venice in a private and completely quiet courtyard - yet near shops and restaurants. Marta was excellent at communicating with us before our arrival and was kind enough to meet us at the boat taxi stop to ensure we didn’t get lost. The photos do not show how clean and lovely it’s decorated…and the kitchen is not so small but brand new. The patio was a nice addition, although we spent so much time wandering the city we rarely used it. The only suggestion is to offer more linens when a guest is staying for many nights. Thanks to Marta and Bridi for a great experience.

Wonderful apartment with quiet terrace and great location

Perfect central location - 5 minute walk to Accademia and 8 minutes to San Marco. Private terrace with awning is great for morning espresso and evening wine. Very quiet area near small gelato /pastry shop, restaurants and designer stores. Steep stairs but totally worth the climb!

Übertraf unsere Erwartungen - großartig!

Wir wohnten für eine Woche mit drei Erwachsenen im Apartment im obersten Stockwerk (Muneghe 3) mit Zugang zur wunderschönen Dachterasse. Die Einrichtung war exakt wie auf den Bildern - nur noch schöner: alles sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt mit modernen Bädern. Die Lage ist perfekt: nachts absolut ruhig und trotzdem in 10 Minuten am Markusplatz. Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants und nette Geschäfte sind ebenfalls bequem in der Umgebung. Gastgeberin Marta gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung (die beim modernen Code-Lock-Türsystem auch wichtig war) und war jederzeit sehr freundlich ansprechbar (praktisch über Textnachricht), z.B. als es um das Buchen eines Taxis ging.. Wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden ohne Zögern erneut buchen!

Property was great, host was very helpful and had lots of useful information prepared. Apartment is on the top floor with a pretty narrow staircase. No problem for us, just something to consider for travelers with big luggage. Also the two single beds are on the smaller side, for a taller adult this could be difficult, but also no problem for us. Location was great, too! Over all we definitely recommend this property and any other properties the same host may have. We had a great stay!
