• It can take up to 48 hours for the pool to reach its maximum temperature after heating is activated.
• Guests may notice cooler water in the early mornings or evenings, even when heating is on.

Because outdoor temperatures and weather conditions are beyond our control, refunds or adjustments are not provided for perceived pool temperature.
