On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. Souterrain: Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Ground floor: Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (5 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. The dinette offers space for 8 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony to the loggia. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 10 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
2nd floor: Bedroom 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Living room / bedroom 25 sqm and with tiled stove, TV and DVD.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Velo d Astico, 350 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on an enclosed property, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved, length 50 m). Parking in the garage and on the property.
