« There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. « Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. « It was very expensive for one night, the space had a lot more wear and tear than the photos showed. The bathroom was simply too small. Four adults all collectively agreed it was “okay”. A water cooler or bottled water would have been nice. The host was gracious and allowed us to stay an extra hour as we arrived very late at night. »
