'The hotel is located in a really nice area, walking distance from the old town, castle and lots of nice restaurants around. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The rooms is nice, although a bit small and crowded with all the decoration. '

'It was a nice stay in Helvetia. It was only a short walk to the centre of Warsaw. The room was cool even though it was 30*C outside. The receptionist was very friendly. The only critisism would be that the cleaner never came during our stay. This was probably because of the holidays. We didn't mind it that much, but it would have been nice to tell us before hand. '
