« The pros- the location is great. Even though it is right next to a multi-house rental the fence made the house feel private. The AC worked great. The house was always cool. The cons - The interior does not match the pictures. There is a different couch and different furniture. There were no paper towels and only a roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for 4 people staying 5 nights. We killed 2 stinging scorpions. It would of been nice to have a place (in the living room) to put belongs other...

« The beauty of the ranch and the area just took my breath away. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the many birds that visited the back porch area. Not to mention the deer, turkeys, and rabbits. The cabin itself was absolutely charming and lacked for nothing.we enjoyed the homemade baked goods left for us, as well as the tour of the ranch. Kat was a wonderful tour guide, and we were sad to leave. It was a bit of beauty and serenity which we desperately needed. »

« My kids and I enjoyed our annual end of school getaway here! The cabin accommodates a big family group and has a great location. Five minutes walk down to the private Frio river access. 10 minutes to Garner. The landlady is easily accessible. The only downside was no WiFi due to provider issues. I would definitely recommend bringing your own hotspot for WiFi/cell service! »

« A quaint little cabin off the beaten path. Very simple and spacious with plenty of sleeping space. Our family really enjoyed the front porch with the benches, with plenty of room and shade! Our girls absolutely loved the fact they could go and get there own eggs from the coop! This is definitely going to be the cabin for us for years to come! »

« My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely the perfect place! The cabin was equipped with everything you could need and the views were breathtaking. The climb up and down to the river is very steep so you'd need to be able to handle that to access the river from the property. John was great and very helpful. Our dogs also had a great time swimming in the river. It was deep enough in spots for them to swim but shallow enough for us to sit in chairs and enjoy the water....

« The wife and I took some time away from work to enjoy our 33rd Anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Quiet and secluded. Nice viewing deck up the hill and a small pond around back. Enjoyable evenings under the trees and good alone time for us. Home had everything you need and could have wanted.
