Waterfront executive suite, with sauna access and private wifi.

The Seymour River runs along the bottom of the lawn. Out here you don't hear traffic or neighbours, just moving water that lowers your blood pressure.

The Highway 1 on-ramp is a two-minute drive. Superstore is a walk, and most of that walk is crossing their parking lot. Capilano University is ten minutes on foot. The trailhead at Seymour River Heritage Park and the bike path to the Seymour Demonstration Forest are at the end of the block. An occasional deer wanders through.

This brand new, two bedroom suite has in suite laundry, Denby flatware, a gorgeous kitchen looking out towards the river, and sauna access too.

You'll have Telus Pure Fibre at 3 Gbps over a dedicated eero Pro 7 mesh on a separate network, for no-stress video calls, large file transfers, or VPN work.
