Located in the heart of South East Vancouver’s peaceful Killarney neighborhood, this suite offers a bright, modern, and private sanctuary for your stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated to provide a clean and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city.

This is a guest suite located in the basement of my home. It includes a kitchen with a portable stovetop. There is no oven. This suite is private.

As this is an older home, please note that noise does travel from the main floor to the basement. I have a baby who can be noisy.

I provide disposable ear plugs if you are sleeping in. You may not need them but they are there for a just in case.

As per my amenities, I do provide a TV; however, there is no cable. You will need to login to your subscription services such as netflix or mirror through your phone to the TV.

**Please note the following**:
• The backyard is not included as part of the Airbnb rental
• There is heating provided via furnace. However, it can only be controlled on the main floor which you do not have access to. During the colder months, the heat is always on. You are provided a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan.

Please limit 1 load of laundry for a 2-4 night stay and 2 loads of laundry for 4-7 night stay. Thank you.

Important house rules:

NO confetti, sparkles or glitter to be used on premises.

NO dying hair as the stains on the bedding, towels, walls, countertops etc will be permanent.

- No parties or events at any time
- No unregistered visitors allowed
- No pets allowed or service animals due to severe allergies
- Strict no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana and no drugs inside or outside on the property. I will smell it. Even the vaping as we share a vent inside. If this happens, the reservation will be cancelled and not refunded. You will be required to leave.
- As mentioned above, this is an older home, noise does travel from the main floor to the basement. I have a baby who can sometimes be noisy. Please keep this in mind when booking.
