« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« The stay met our needs for the most part as we were in town for meetings at Lake Fort Smith. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the mattress. Very uncomfortable mattress when the intent of using the space was for sleep. »

« Propre confortable et salle de dĂ©jeuner attenante Ă la piscine qui est Ă©galement propre. L'embĂȘtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hĂŽtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrĂȘter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait.
Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sÚche.. »
